Sézane's Lodges is a high-class location in the museum district of Amsterdam, literally seconds walking distance from the beautiful Museumplein, where the great museums are located, and central to wherever you want to go. You will be in the best neighborhood in the Netherlands. Sézane's Lodges brings people from around the world together within a couple of square meters.

Just to name a few categories: solo women, employee, business, and art travel. You will experience an authentic Amsterdam shared home which has a warm, serene, safe, and minimalistic atmosphere. The building is almost 200 years old, and a great example of Amsterdam architecture and building style, including original ornaments on the ceilings, fireplaces, large windows, and long stairways.

It was her plan long before hosting and digital platforms became in vogue. As a small business owner, she does everything herself, with great passion, and dedication. She has a permit and is compliant with the Dutch laws and regulations.

Sézane's Lodges Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: no refund.

Check-in from 16:00 until 19:00 for free. Early check-ins are sometimes possible for €25 extra per person, but not always. No check-ins between 23:00 in the evening and 14:00 in the afternoon.
Check out from 00:00 to 10:00.

Payment via digital banking. The dates are not blocked until the payment has come through
Tourist taxes not included - 13%
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 35.00 EUR per person per stay up to a week. The second week, it is two times €35, and so on.
The deposit of €300 is in cash and is given back at the checkout.
Breakfast is not available.

General:
No reception as a home.
No curfew.
There is a due diligence process including a rental agreement that needs to be finalized to go the check-in.
