It's a family house, placed in a residential and secure neighborhood, close to the city downtown (15 min walking);

In this house we use to share one of the rooms with visitors from all over the world since 2004, this room has 1 bed, closet and desk.

There are a lot of public transportation around and all the services like laundry, shops, banks and restaurants are quite close.

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
