Our location is perfectly situated on the road to the beach, a mere 2-3km away. A dedicated bike path runs just opposite, offering a scenic and direct route to the shore. A large supermarket, providing all your necessities, is conveniently located five minutes away. Tulum's lively downtown is a pleasant 15-minute walk along well-lit main streets.

Important Information:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay unless prior communication is received.
Check-in: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Reception Hours: 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM
Payment: Upon arrival, in cash.
Taxes: Included, except for Saneamientos.
Curfew: None

Our reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. For check-ins outside these hours, please inform us in advance via email or WhatsApp. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee reception services outside of our regular hours.
