Colosseum Town House is a quiet and comfortable Holiday House in Rome, located in Via Baccina 34, in the famous and central Rione Monti, just a few steps away from the Colosseum, Foro Romano, Quirinale, Trevi's Fountain and Pantheon.
It is available for short and long periods rentals. It has been recently restored and it is located on the first floor (no elevator in the structure), of an ancient building safeguarded by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.

Colosseum Townhouse is located in the marvelous district of Monti, the archaeological heart of Rome. It is the most ancient district of Rome: From the Republican and Imperial period to middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque, a long history of 2500 years. From the apartment, you can reach in a few hundred meters the most important Roman archaeological sites: the Roman Fora (200 m), the Coliseum (500m), the Pantheon,Trevi's fountain, the famous 'Moses' of Michelangelo (250 m), Spanish Steps and much more.

The property is composed by a living room, with different couches and a dining corner, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and with an ancient wall that has its original bricks dated back to the Roman period, discovered during the restoration (photo). A large bed, two bed tables, a closet and an elegant parquet floor make up this room.
It is well equipped and it has many facilities such as TV, internet connection, WiFi and air-conditioning.
