West coast roadtrip with The Body Coach
After food and exercise, one of my biggest passions in life is travel. Exploring a new place, meeting new people and discovering new food and cultures is the best thing in the world.
So when Hostelworld asked me if I wanted to partner with them on an epic adventure and create some awesome fitness content along the way, I was all over it.
Starting in San Francisco, I’m going to drive down the coast with my brother and best friend, all the way to San Diego.
Along the way we’ll be staying in some awesome hostels, filming loads of new workouts, cooking some great food, and hopefully inspiring people to stay lean when they travel.
The coastal hike at Land's End is a crowd pleaser with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin Headlands.
Fort Funston is a gorgeous stretch of beach which is great for exploring and dog-watching.
Head to Año Nuevo State Reserve to see northern elephant seals.
Hike the Brush Canyon or Hollyridge Trails and you’ll be rewarded with a phenomenal view of the classic white Hollywood sign, and a mean panoramic of the sprawling city below.
Los Angeles’ beaches are among the most famous in the world. The 75 mile long stretch of white sand, and the palm tree studded pier are fabulous enough rival any beach on the globe!
For a jaw-dropping view visit Sunset Cliffs, at erm sunset. Some days you’ll be able to see migrating whales.
