Hostelworld Services Limited \u201cHostelworld x Generator Hostels Ltd Instagram Competition\u201d \u2013 Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Promoter: The promoter of the \u201cHostelworld x Generator Hostels Ltd Instagram Competition\u201d promotion (the \u201cPromotion\u201d) is Hostelworld Services Limited (the \u201cPromoter\u201d) of Registered Company: Hostelworld Services Ltd. One Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX<\/p>\n

2. How to Qualify: Entrants must 1. Follow @hostelworld & @staygenerator 2. Add their Instagram handle in the comments and 3. Like the specified Instagram Post between Monday, May 15th at 09:00 (GMT) and Friday, May 18th (23:59 (GMT)<\/p>\n

3. The Promotion is free to enter and the prize consists of a 2 (two) consecutive night stay in a [1] sleeping pod at Generator Hostels Ltd, free breakfast, 1 (one) \u20ac50 Bar Voucher provided by Generator Hostels Ltd & 1 (one) $50 Hostelworld voucher which will be uploaded to the Hostelworld account of the winning customer.<\/p>\n

4. By entering the Promotion, the \u201cEntrant\u201d agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees that the decision of the Promoter is binding and final.<\/p>\n

5. The full details of the prize are as below.<\/p>\n

A. PRIZE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

6. There will be 1 prize winner (the \u201cPrize Winner\u201d) of the 2 nights stay in a sleeping pod, breakfast included, 1 \u20ac50 Bar Voucher provided by Generator Hostels Ltd. & 1 (one) $50 Hostelworld voucher. Winner can bring a second person along.<\/p>\n

7. The two consecutive free bed nights are valid at Generator Amsterdam, in a [1]- sleeping pod. This prize entitles you to one bed in the mixed dorm for two consecutive nights, other residents of Generator Amsterdam may occupy the remaining [1] sleeping pod when you avail of the prize. If the Prize Winner only utilises one night of the prize, the remaining night may not be availed of at another time and will not be refunded or credited to the account of the Prize Winner.<\/p>\n

8. Free bed nights are valid for 6 month from the date of the prize giveaway. If not used they will expire. If the nights are not used consecutively, the unutilised night will expire.<\/p>\n

9. The Prize Winner will need to contact Generator Amsterdam directly to claim their two free bed nights at amsterdam@staygenerator.com Generator Amsterdam may contact the Promotor to verify the Prize Winner.<\/p>\n

10. Free bed nights are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

11. Only entries made on the competition post on the Hostelworld Instagram page will qualify.<\/p>\n

12. The Prize Winner will be selected by the Hostelworld social media team, who will select a winner at random<\/p>\n

13. Hostelworld will DM the winning customer on Instagram<\/p>\n

14. The prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner within seven (7) calendar days of the date of notification to claim their prize by responding to the Hostelworld DM. In the event that a Prize Winner fails to respond in writing via DM within that period, chooses not to accept the prize, is ineligible for the Promotion or fails to duly complete, execute and return any document required by the Promoter, he\/she shall be disqualified and will relinquish any right or entitlement to the prize.<\/p>\n

15. The Prize can only be claimed by the Prize Winner who is notified by the Promoter in accordance with these terms. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.<\/p>\n

16. To facilitate the voucher transfer, the Prize Winner is required to send the Promoter the email address connected to their Hostelworld account. If the Prize Winner does not have a Hostelworld account, the Prize Winner may either create a Hostelworld account for the purpose of availing of the prize, or notify Hostelworld that it will not accept the prize. The prize shall not be redeemable for cash or any other monetary or non-monetary value.<\/p>\n

17. The Hostelworld standard terms and conditions pertaining to vouchers shall apply https:\/\/www.hostelworld.com\/vouchertermsandconditions and by accepting the prize,<\/p>\n

the Prize Winner is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the standard terms and conditions applicable to the voucher.<\/p>\n

18. Generator Amsterdam is solely responsible for the two-night stay, and applicable terms and conditions of Generator Amsterdam apply. The two-night stay is not transferrable to another hostel or for another prize and is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. Any matters arising out of your enjoyment of the two-night stay in Generator Amsterdam is a matter between you and Generator Amsterdam only, the Promoter or any of its affiliate companies shall not be liable and shall bear no responsibility for any issues arising from the availing of this prize.<\/p>\n

19. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by the Promoter, the Entrant and\/or the Prize Winner in relation to this Promotion.<\/p>\n

B. General<\/strong><\/h3>\n

20. Entrants must be aged 18 (eighteen) or over. In entering the Promotion, the Entrant does so at his\/her own risk and on his\/her own initiative, and is responsible for complying with local laws, to the extent any local laws apply. Entry into the Promotion may be unlawful under certain local laws and if entry in the Promotion is unlawful, the Entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion. This is unfortunate but beyond our control.<\/p>\n

21. The Promotion is not open to employees or agents or the immediate family members of employees or agents of the Promoter or any affiliated companies or subsidiaries or any third parties involved in the Promotion.<\/p>\n

22. By entering the Promotion each Entrant agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and nationality to be displayed as a winner on the Hostelworld x Generator Hostels Ltd Instagram Competition T&Cs blog post. By entering the Promotion the Entrant agrees, in the event that they are the Prize Winner, to participate in such promotional activity as is reasonably requested by the Promoter, such as providing the Promoter with content for the Hostelworld.com website, blog, e-newsletters, and social media channels for further marketing purposes following the Promotion.<\/p>\n

23. Each Entrant releases and holds the Promoter and its employees, agents, sub-contractors and consultants harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.<\/p>\n

24. The Promoter shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control and the Promoter shall be entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without liability.<\/p>\n

25. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Promotion Privacy Notice below.<\/p>\n

26. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Entrant hereby agrees that for the benefit of the Promoter and without prejudice to the right of the Promoter to take proceedings before any other court of competent jurisdiction, that the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings that might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and for such purposes the Entrant irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.<\/p>\n
