The city of Vinales is located just next to the Vinales Valley, a naturel reserve and a UNESCO World Heritage Side. The municipality is dominated by low mountain ranges of the Cordillera de Guaniguanico and surrounded by dramatic rocky outcrop, called Mogotes, which are unique in the island. The city itself is very lively and has a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars to rest after a nice walk in the nature. Vinales is also close to the beautiful beach of Cayo Jutias, with white sand beach and turquoise water.
