We live one of the great experiences of our lives, Lisbon and Sintra. We have to leave our sincere praise to the Hostel and its team. Environment well located, clean and organized, not to mention security. Many thanks to all the friendly staff, especially Aboobacar (CEO) of Heart Of Lisbon, an extremely Generous, Humble, Attentive human being with an immense heart. Got bedbugs. Location is good but business was shady in knowing there was an infestation and letting us stay there. I should have checked Google reviews between booking my stay and arriving because there were warning about bed bugs from other people that I did not see.

Staff was really nice and helpful, but there were bad bugs in my bed and had to ask several times to change my room. They kept spraying chemicals which obviously didn't work because after 5 days I found myself full of bug bites all over my arms and neck, and had to be prescribed antibiotic. Everything was just really stressful to deal with, and also they told me they would have give me money to cover the whole laundry service which I had to use multiple times but never saw the money.
