All payments are made in advance by credit card. We do not accept cash.
Adults only (18+).
Rates are set in US dollars.
Argentinian guests must add 21% VAT.
You must present a valid original physical ID at check-in.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel or modify free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. After this period or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

If you arrive after 23:00, please let us know in advance.

Free luggage storage on check-in and check-out day. After that, an additional fee applies, subject to availability.

Outside alcoholic beverages and psychoactive substances are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas.

Small pets are allowed only in private rooms, with an additional fee. Maximum two per room.

Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 07:00.

Dorms have lockers; remember to bring your own padlock or buy one at reception.
