What's unique is the huge lounge on the 97th floor available for all residents to enjoy a great view of all of Dubai, You can also work from there, This option isn't anywhere else.

This is a huge luxury room in a 4-bedroom apartment. The room is really clean and All the flatmates are professionals. It has a partial sea view.

You will have an access card that gives u access to the Jacuzzi and Pool 97th floor lounge ping pong and many other facilities in this amazing building.
