Welcome to our small family-run hostel located in the heart of Varoš, the charming old town of Split – just 500 meters from the city center and all major attractions!

We’ve been proudly hosting guests from all over the world for 18 years, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere that makes travelers feel truly welcome.

Our hostel includes:

1 dorm with 6 beds

2 dorms with 4 beds each
(All dorms are mixed – no gender restrictions)

1 private double room located in the main building – perfect for couples or solo travelers who want more privacy

2 private 4-bed rooms, located just a 5-minute walk from the main building. Each has its own private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen – ideal for guests seeking more independence.

Fully equipped kitchens at both the main building and the private room location – save money by cooking your own meals

3 shared bathrooms with showers in the main building

Air conditioning in every room

Fast Wi-Fi available at both the main building and the private room location

Laundry service – just leave your clothes in a bag and we’ll wash, dry, and return them quickly for only €10

Towel rental available for only €2 – please request it during check-in

Location perks:
We are just 10–15 minutes on foot from the main bus and train stations, as well as from the ferry port with all catamarans and boats heading to the islands.
Also, the nearest beach is only a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sunshine during your stay!

As a hands-on husband-and-wife team, we’re always nearby and ready to help – usually within 5 minutes! We're known for being friendly, responsible, and flexible with our guests’ needs.

We are just a simple easy going family hostel offering basic needs for a great stay in the center of the old town.
I am local to the area and I speak English, German, Albanian and Croatian.

Payment is upon arrival by cash only in Euro..
