Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

The hostel did the job, but was kind of tricky to get in - no one was answering the buzzer, eventually when they did they let me drop my bag and ushered me out again - no communal area to wait/charge phone. For female only dorm you have to go through the male dorm and there's no separate key to the door to the female room...so kind of defeats the point.

Extremely poor service. Made a booking and stated we would arrive at midnight. On arrival, hostel was difficult to spot, would not answer door, nor would answer phonecalls. We were left outside on the street in the dark. Taxi drivers kindly took us somewhere else as they thought it was too unsafe. Really poor and disappointing. Hostel uncontactable despite claiming 24 hour service. After complaining following day stated hours on hostelworld were incorrect. Took no accountability nor apologised.
