we were forced to go into a guesthouse down the road on the first night, as the room wasn’t ready. We then couldn’t check in to our proper room until 3pm the next day. We were given free breakfast tokens as compensation… which ended up being a slice of bread and 1 egg. Pool also looked terribly unclean, so even if we did manage to stay here properly, not sure we’d have ever used it.

The bathroom and pool were not clean. You could hear everything from outside while in the room. The staff seemed annoyed and were very unfriendly. I paid for a female dorm, but a man was staying there as well. After raising the issue with the staff, they did nothing to resolve it and instead came up with poor excuses. Breakfast was not tasteful and limited, as not everything was available. Will not come back here!
