Agri-ostello Podere Vipiana is immersed in nature amidst olive groves and woods. It is an old farmhouse that was skilfully renovated in 2010. It has 3 very large rooms, 2 of which have bathrooms, an entrance room with sofas, bar corner and fireplace, a dining room with bathroom, a fully equipped industrial kitchen and a recreation room with stove, games and music.

Outside there is a gazebo with tables and chairs for pleasant summer evenings or to spend warm winter afternoons relaxing. Our main activities are olive growing, we have more than 400 olive trees and a family olive press, and honey production.

We have a lot of shady space outside and from here you can make excursions that lead you to get to know our beautiful hilly area. One of the paths leads to the village of Pinocchio, a very well-preserved and charming medieval village where you can find the Pinocchio park and the villa Garzoni. Another of the paths leads through the countryside among the olive groves to the town of Pescia, which offers all the necessary services, post office, banks, super markets, pharmacies and the railway station that leads to the major tourist cities: Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Pistoia and to Viareggio, a city by the sea.

Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
