Honestly this hostel has potential to be great if the owners put a little more work into it. It honestly reminded me of a Motel. You can lock your door but no lockers in the dorms. Could use artwork or color . Kitchen could use new equipment and the upstairs space could use some seating. Some bugs in the rooms, and the toilet didn’t really work most of the time. The water was hot for showers and it was a quiet part of the town so peaceful sleeping. I was the only one in the dorms which was nice.

I liked this spot. it was chill, and on the other side of san pedro but thats not a bad thing. gives you reason to find different things in town. My bbiggest negative is that the power shut out more frequently than any other place Ive stayed in Guatemala so far. so sometimes made working remote a little tricky.
