Gladly we only stayed 2 nights! Unfortunately the worst B&B I have been. The pictures shown on the website seemed to be quite old, cause the whole Hostel was very worn down.
Bad booking management made the whole stay even worse. When we arrived the Host told us that they had an overbooking and that we had to change rooms from one night to the other. Room number one: The Mattresses felt very old as you could feel all the bed springs! The whole room seemed very worn down. The window didn’t isolate any noise so you would wake up to all the noise from the street. The towels they gave us smelled like fresh taken out of the package (smell of factory) and they weren’t washed cause they lost a lot of fabric dust. After using it I had white fabric dust all over my body. The second room was even worse. It was a small room with an intense smell of mold. You could see sewage pipes going through the room and you could hear water from the toilet going through every time someone used the toilet! It was reached by a small and very narrow door next to the main door. It had two windows to a back patio where the owner apparently washed and dried the clothes. At night we had to listen to people (residents?) talking loud in the patio which made it very difficult to sleep. The mattress of this room was even worse. It was two mattresses of 90cm put together to form a big bed. On one of them I sunk into the bed as all the bed springs were very worn down. The other side was just as bad as you could feel every single bed spring.
When the owner changed the keys they left no key of the main door so we couldn’t actually reach the hostel to go to the vending machines or meet potentially other guests.
The owner had her own room in the hostel as it seemed that she was living there.
The most fun part: out of sympathy for the trouble of changing rooms and bad conditions we were given a 20€ discount in a total of 120€ for two nights….
All in all: very worn down.
