The property is in a colonial tiled house, tall adobe, and a large patio with trees around it, a large tamarind tree, where we can park our cars for free. The property has 6 divisions: a shared room, a library reading area, a kitchen, and two dining rooms at the back.

We have hammocks to rest and a playground and enough space for parking with an independent entrance. It has the bathrooms in the old style, separate rooms for the bathrooms, each one is two rooms, and the toilets are two separate rooms, contiguous. With their respective sink
