Hey there! Welcome to Next'House – Luxury Hostels. We’ve got 6 others amazing locations across Dubai, and we’re proud to be the largest hostel chain in the city.

This one is Boulevard Hostel, a luxury hostel in Business Bay, just 5 minutes from Burj Khalifa and 7 minutes from Dubai Mall. Our prime location offers stylish, budget-friendly accommodation.

We have a total of 3 rooms: an 8-bed mixed dormitory, a 10-bed mixed dormitory, and this 8-bed female dormitory. Our dorms features capsule beds designed for privacy and comfort, with integrated lighting, power sockets, curtains, storage, and lockers.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Netflix, a co-working space, a gaming area with a billiard table, and daily cleaning. Book your stay for a unique experience!

Cancellation policy: 7 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, the full amount of your stay will be charged.
