The hotel is beautiful. Located in the heart of the trendiest neighborhood in San Jose. Every detail was nicely put together to create a very unique atmosphere. I greatly appreciated the local experience they offer. The Costa Rican breakfast was fantastic and the way coffee is served was something I’ve never seen before. You can even buy their ground coffee grown in a small farm. The staff is the best! Can’t say enough about this hotel

This is an oasis in a bustling city. Located in a very safe area, clean, close to American & Central universities. Calle 33 is where all the nice restaurants are (there are very few beyond cafe, bakery, sodas downtown), which light up at night. Neighbourhood is also mid range residential & as a lone female I was happy walking around this block (I only went downtown early morning to sunset). The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, towels fluffy!, very pretty breakfast room/lobby, got to know staff

We spent only one night here. It was in a cute location with plenty of restaurants and walkable streets. It was a cute place to stay but the staff was uninterested and rude - also EXTREMELY slow and forgetful at the restaurant. Beds are terrible. Would not recommend unless it is your only option.
