The online key system didn't always work so sometimes you have to wait outside. So yes it felt safe to stay in this hostel because even the hostel's guests couldn't enter the building or the apartment. The reception is across the street but I didnt get help, they just explained same things that are written in the link they sent you when you check in. Some of the toilet's didn't have hand soap, the door handels were lose and nearly falling of and at least one shower was leaking.

I am really happy with my stay here. It was a quick stop. It is right next to the train. The check in was easy. It is clean. There is a massive communal area with ports, and fast wifi. The kitchen is massive. So, you could really cook up a meal in it. The beds were comfortable and the heating was on, in the room. it has a massive bathroom with everything you need. The supermarket, next door, was well priced. Vegan options, also. I would stay, again, and I recommend it.
