Rosa Hostel is right next to Sakip Sabanci Museum in the most central location of historical old Mardin.

Our double (historical stone) rooms have a bathroom and washbasin. In our normal rooms for two people, bathroom, washbasin and kitchen are common.

At the hostel, there are 3 rooms on each floor, bathrooms and washbasins of all 3 rooms are common. Our terrace is a common area exclusively for our guests. They can sit on the terrace and enjoy tea, coffee and the view.

Rosa Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Hostel claims to have a 24 hour reception but was locked when I arrived (at 4pm). When I phoned the hostel the owner said he was “busy”, and later said on WhatsApp that there was a problem with the room and that I couldn’t stay anyway. There was no advance communication of any potential issue with the room and since I was unable to check in with no clear timeline when the owner would return, I found alternative accommodation. Mardin is lovely, come here, but avoid this hostel.

I booked abrooom and it is not given to me .I am called one day before the arrival to inform that my room is reserved by other persons and they offered me another room upstairs.I did not know what kind of room it was and asked them if it has a private bathroom inside,that is enough for me.İt is told me yes,it has.But it has neither a bathroom inside nor a key on the door of shared wc,bathroom.The room where I had to stay has a door to shared balcony and this door did not have a key either.

was good. ali was helpful and location was good. he helped me set up a ride to airport and pointed out some good spots to eat. common areas are a but cold but its december 1st.. so what are you gonna do. if i came back to mardin id stay there again
