Kangarooms Noosa Everglades YHA

Lovely location although it’s actually part of a larger holiday camp with families and groups camping in tents / vans all around which isn’t what I was expecting. You can kayak but you have to kayak hours to get to the internal Everglades otherwise it’s just kayaking on the ocean. Bathrooms and kitchen were really clean and a good, wholesome vibe as there was nowhere else to go so people socialised. Not good value for money but lovely to wake up to see the kangaroos - made it all worth it!

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in was an amazing experience with kangaroos all around the cabins and sunrise at the lake. Definitely underrated!!

Really good spot to see wild kangaroos, Shane weather was awful when I was there so sunrise wasn’t worth the 3am start. But good facilities and Everglades afternoon tour. Worth staying 1 night as not much around/ to do.
