Hostal El Arbol

Lovely hostel, we were lucky to meet other friendly people there. The bed was super comfy and very clean. Unfortunately the bathrooms are covered in mould. Great location and very close to a large supermarket. The Japanese Garden across the road is worth the visit!

This was a lovely, cosy hostel near the centre of La Serena. It was modern and nicely maintained. There were plenty of leaflets to book tours through and there is a local tour office 5 mins away if you want to discuss further. The Kitchen was small and compact but was well equipped. The vibe was communal and probably the most sociable hostel we have been to. There was a living room; dining room; and an outdoor area to chill if needed. Great stay here It's more like a cosy home than vast hostel but still with enough space to have space if needed The locations perfect -10min walk to the bus, 5min to old city, 25min to beach Super clean, hot showers and lovely staff 👌🏻
