great location, very clean and a beautiful natural place. i recommend the sandwiches at the restaurant onsite. the staff were great and the rooms were very nice and clean with comfortable beds. some things on the menu were okay which is why i left one star off. not a big deal if you like sandwiches and guacamole lol. the soup and fruit smoothie with papaya that i got there were okay.

This was a gorge hostel and felt like a resort? Fine for a day or two but any more you’d feel like you’re in a retirement home lol. Pool is gorge and lots of hammocks, you have to eat at the restaurant on site and it’s a bit expensive to be honest, perfect if you’re going to see the ruins though!

It’s a fun novelty to stay in the jungle but 2 nights in a dorm is the absolute maximum. The bathrooms aren’t too clean but at least the water is warm. The wifi is good and all through out the property. However, you are handcuffed to the on site restaurant (or near by alternatives priced similarly). It’s near the National park entrance but once you’ve done the ruins, alternatives in palenque are a good option.
