Welcome to the Monterey Peninsula Area. America's Best Value Presidents Inn on Munras Avenue is a historic location and played an integral role as a Tree Nursery in early Monterey Community.

We do offer free Wi-Fi and parking for all our guests.

We are conveniently located off of Highway 1 on Munras Avenue, less than 1 mile from downtown Monterey. We are nearby several local attractions such as Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, Carmel, Pebble beach and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Please be advised our hotel does not have air conditioning.

Please note:
Cancellation policy: 3 days before date of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night + tax of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Office hours are 07.30 to 22.00.
For after office hour check-in we do have a night service phone just outside of our office. We do prefer check-in by 22:00 but accidental late check-in is allowed but notify property of your late arrival in advance.

Taxes not included 12.80% Tax + $1.00 Occupancy Tax + $15.00 Service Charge per night on top of the base price.
