Urban Hostel sijaitsee Santa Catalinan sydämessä, joka on suosittu paikka Palma de Mallorcalla. Täysin uusittu vuonna 2023. Lähellä baareja, ravintoloita, nähtävyyksiä ja pieniä kauppoja sijaitseva Urban Hostel kutsuu sinut viettämään unohtumatonta aikaa Välimeren kauneimmalla saarella.

Huoneissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on ilmastointi ja ilmainen WiFi. Ilmainen aamiainen vieraillemme. Kaikki makuuhuoneet ovat eri sukupuolta ja niissä on kaapit; Naisten huone on tarkoitettu vain tytöille, se ei ole sekahuone. Kylpyhuoneissa on 2 suihkua ja ne ovat yhteiskäytössä (jaettu miehille ja naisille, huomioi ovessa olevia symboleja), lisäksi on erilliset wc:t. Liinavaatteet (ilmainen) ja pyyhkeet (lisämaksusta) luovutetaan vastaanotossa. Hostelli tarjoaa koulutusprojektin nimeltä "Mallorca-kokemus".

Asiakkailla on käytettävissään kaapit ja lukot ja pyyhkeet ovat vuokrattavissa ja vaativat takuumaksun.

We came for three days in February, the bathrooms smelled so bad like sewer and the shower didn’t drain, there was one shower for a 16 person room, good thing there was only a couple people in our room this weekend. The beds were okay and there’s hardly any outlets in the room, only a USB port by the bed. The rooms were clean and we got sheets and a comforter. The hostel is in an excellent location, 5 min walk from all bars clubs and a short walk to the bus stops.

Me and my bf stayed just for a day so idk whether I can say much. But the property is great - location, the breakfast and the facilities. However the cleanness is a bit uhh.. idk whether the guests are responsible or the hostel staff. Idk if I can make a compromise on that and stay longer but defensively will be back to check :)))

The hostel did the job as we were only sleeping here, great location but I probably wouldn’t stay here again . The rooms could have been cleaner - duvets ripped and a couple of stains on sheets. The doors were broken on the first day meaning we couldn’t shut them and had to prop them open. Leaving valuables in there was frustrating. They are still broke after 4 days, with no urgency to fix them. Breakfast is simple and fine but could do with another toaster as it is so busy in the morning.
