Oslo is the Norwegian capital but still has less than 1 million people, so it is quite small and easy to walk around and explore. From the central station of Oslo Sentralstasjon take the tram number 2, 3, 4 or 5 to get to Stortinget, or walk only 10 minutes! Ask at your hostel reception for the day trip to the surrounding enchanted nature.
