We booked a room and they gave it away to someone else (?) After that the staff wanted us to pay a price that did not take into account the deposit paid on Hostelworld. Also, exemples of what's happening in the accomodations: - lights switch are outside the room and good luck to find the good one, they come by 6! - no plugs next to the bed - no blanket (it was cold) - no toilet paper of course - I was afraid to take a shower and get even dirtier

Horrible ! Matelas des plus inconfortables, personne pour nous faire le Check in dans les heures prévues, pour aller dans ma « single private room » je devais passer par un dortoir, mon matelas qui se trouvait au sol ne rentrait pas dans la pièce donc ça rendait le tout assez inconfortable, et cerise sur le gâteau le réceptionniste qui utilise mes coordonnées (privées) pour m’envoyer des messages sur WhatsApp et tenter de flirter avec moi, non mais on est où là ?

they lie to people what the place looks like. "private room" with just a mattress on the floor and random people were knocking on our door to see if we were the receptionists because he's never there. bed had stains and bathrooms was dirty.
