The Village Melbourne's Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the cost of the first night's booking.  
A valid passport with a current WHV/Tourist Visa, and a credit card under your name must be presented at check-in.
Check-in is from 2 PM.
Check-out is by 11 AM.
Payment must be made upon or prior to check-in. Cash is not accepted at this property.
A 2% surcharge applies to all EFTPOS and credit card transactions.

While we strive to place all guests of a group booking in the same room, this is not always possible. To avoid group separations, book well in advance or contact us by email to confirm.
We cannot guarantee the same room for the duration of your stay, as existing bookings may make this impossible.
No refund policy: Payments made towards bookings can only be reimbursed as booking credit for canceled nights. Exceptions may be made for pre-charged bookings that adhere to the relevant cancellation policy (not inclusive during the Christmas/New Year period).
