Had a great stay here! Beds are pod-style so plenty of privacy. Only downside was no lockers in room, but they looked after my things at reception when I went out so was not a problem. Absolutely lovely people working here. Thank you and I hope to come back!

Knowledgeable staff, knew where to go and not go in Bristol and places to see. Good place for a night or two, value for money. If I'm in Bristol I'll endeavour to get back there

    Very Good

    13 Apr 2019
The staff were lovely and very helpful, I did quite enjoy the bunk bed cubby hole setup, the bathroom was bit run down and could have done with a bit more cleaning but as I only stayed for one night, I did not mind too much, so definitely good value for money for a quick sleepover but probably not the best option if you're staying for much longer.

Looks scruffy on the outside and super simple inside however good space public areas, good service and good atmosphere.

Was an okay place to stay. Quite far out of the city. Was fairly clean, no lockers or anything. Beds were ok. No atmosphere

Just terrible. It's the worst hostel I've ever been to. It was: dirty, bad smelling, ugly, far from the city center... I just went there because it was the only one available in Bristol that day, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hostel was dirty, unkempt, and the carpets smelled of mildew. The 2nd night I got locked out. NO ONE INFORMED ME OF A CURFEW. I tried getting in a quarter after midnight. You'd think that's reasonable for a hostel in a thriving town like Bristol. After walking all night to keep warm, I got back at 5:30a, and a staff member let me in. He asked me to wait because he mopped the floors. THE FLOORS WEREN'T EVEN WET. HOW TOTALLY INHUMANE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Definitely the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Staff are beyond rude and unreasonable, beds are uncomfortable and small, and with the amount of strange old men hanging around and staying there it is more of a off brand retirement home that a hostel. Just awful.
