My stay was great, the staff Indira and Luisa felt like family and are very helpful and accommodating. Very cool atmosphere and met a lot of cool people. Felt safe, comfortable, clean, and taken care of.

Great time in 4 grados, the hostel is small and had a great ambiance. The volonteers Nic and Mia were great and made the place feels like home. I recommend for either resting a day or getting to know people throughout a week or more.

Only stayed here for 1 night before our transfer bus the next morning but it was perfect for what we needed. The hostel owner was so helpful organising a taxi for us to the bus station the next morning and answering all our questions. It is quite noisy in the evenings from the noise on the streets but with ear plugs it was absolutely fine.

It's a pretty bare bones kind of place, but fine if you just need a bed to crash in for the night. There's one kitchen table and a table outside which are the only place to sit/hang out besides the dorm room. The staff were pleasant and breakfast is included (eggs, papaya, and bread roll). If you're on a budget, it's a solid choice.

It’s more like a family hostel. Great location in Zona 4 close to all amenities. It might be not very comfortable to people who like big spaces. A good value for a short stay in Guatemala city.

    Very Good

Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine! It’s really tricky because you’re basically staying at a family’s house. Which is lovely because it feels very homey. But they are living right downstairs and will watch TV or make phone calls in the evening, so it was impossible for me to sleep. The dorm and bathroom were basic, but very clean. I didn’t use the kitchen.

If you are looking for a cheap, quick place to rest your head while being in an up and coming area of Guatemala city, then this place functions as is. You are getting exactly what you pay for- the shared dorm has 5 mediocre beds and is a bit crowded. Make sure you have a lock on your bags!!! Luckily my bags were locked, but someone stole a keychain right off my backpack! Not sure about normally, but I was the only female staying there the night I was there, which might make some uncomfortable.

Meh, it's okay for a night. The dorm is pretty basic, the ceiling is very low, the beds themselves aren't great. At night you might wake up due to the sound of airplanes flying over. If you're not staying long in Guatemala City, it's fine, but otherwise I'd look for something else.

Good location for zon 4. No common areas besides a small kitchen table, the dorm is quite small so you only have your bed, no lockers, the cleanliness is okay. It's a bit hard to find the place, from the road you go up some small stairs, then the second to last building/door on the left. The 4 Grados sign is behind the wall/fence so hard to se, no sign outside that its a hostel there.

I have never been to a hostel/hotel/motel without providing or make available a good drinking water. They did not provide drinking water. The place wasn't clean like other hostel. I've stayed in 18 hostel before. I will not stay there ever again.
