Great location. Women's bathroom and showers were super clean and well-stocked. Staff are helpful and friendly. I stayed in a mixed dorm and felt safe. Drawer locks for belongings were awesome. I like the wristband access. Love the courtyard and rooftop access. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Easily the best hostel I stayed at on my trip in Europe. Great staff, clean rooms, decent location (Old Town is more touristy but its not too far of a walk). Nice bathrooms, good beds with a curtain, shelf and outlet.

The place is really charming. Because of the covid-situation, kitchen and bar were sadly closed. But a visit to the rooftop is nonetheless worth! The room was really good, as well as the cleaness. I recommend it!

Everything went well but the kitchen was closed and this wasn't mentioned before I arrive at the hostel. The city is expensive and you don't have many options for food.

    Fabulous

Great place to stay in San Sebastian with a lot of potential for more community offerings. Very clean, perfect location close to la plancha and the old town, curtains on beds are a real game changer. Vast communal spaces inside and outside but they close early at night. Also, the bar was closed (maybe due to COVID). Only one activity was offered by the hostel: a Pintxo night on Thursdays. Overall, I can recommend going but don't expect to meet too many new people.

    Good

The common areas close at 8pm which is very early if trying to meet people or socialize! The atmosphere was definitely bizarre, I think because the place is so large yet people aren’t really able to meet. Also no alcohol inside allowed, and a lot of facilities were entirely closed such as the kitchen. The bathrooms however were very clean :)

One of the worst places ive stayed, overall is good price related but it smells like fish, rude receptionist, no kitchen (because of city regulations so i get it) but theres a floor with a microwave and water heater but not water or even a fork. I asked for a bottom bed and the receptionist didnt know how to change me so she called the manager at 11 pm just for him to say no, also their main reception is close so once you get to the adress you have to find your way to the other entrance.

The place was clean and in a good location. But the atmosphere was awful and staff were a bit cold. I feel like the common area could have been organized or shifted around to harbor more of a community feel. The staff may have been having an off day, but both days I talked to them they just seemed out of it (not mean or rude). I met others there that felt the same way.

Very small rooms and they were filled up completely despite of Covid, not sure if that is even allowed.. It got really warm in the room, but we were told the window could not completely open, so we suffered, especially in the top beds. Then after a few days we found out the window could actually be fully opened, so for no reason we spent several nights in a barely ventilated room with too many people. And staff didn't really seem to care. Also very bad wifi everywhere. Would not recommend.
