Hostel has an art exhibit! Very friendly staff and a few minutes from the Samezu station. Good place to stay if you want to relax, and close to Shinagawa station.

Fantastic hostel! I really enjoyed the arts aspect of this hostel, with interesting artwork in the common area. Adjacent to the sleeping area was an art room with a large window, while I am not artistic myself I enjoyed being able to see through into the room and at the variety of of art supplies that I assume were available for guests to try out, as well as seeing the artworks in progress there. Facilities were also very clean, beds were comfortable. Walking distance to train station.

Stayed here for one night, my first night in Tokyo. It is very close to Haneda airport which was good for me, but the local area doesn't have too much to do. Very chill atmosphere and a big common area that I could do work in as well as a bar.

Stayed here the night before flying back home. Very close to train station that takes you to Haneda airport. Bedroom was large, mattress was soft and thick (best mattress I experienced during my 10 day trip to Japan). Downsides: Bedrooms are located in same room as bathroom and showers so you could hear people opening and closings doors at night. Was not very dark due to no black out shades on bed and lighting outside bathroom doors, etc.

Stayed only one night to be close to Haneda Airport. Beds and pillows were super comfy and slept really well in the 4 bed dorm. Beds had curtains and lockers were in the corridor. Staff helped us find a really great restaurant for dinner. This hostel has the essentials for 1 night but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The set up of the beds in the hallway was strange, meaning we had to walk past sleeping people to get to our room and bathrooms. Had to air our room out bc it smelled too.

    Very Good

Price is a bit high for coming off as a construction site and calling it art. Staff was alright, coffee is free. If you get a smaller room you might also have the pleasure to hear the metro driving by then and again. One night was enough for me.

    Very Good

It was fine. I thought the combination of art and hostel was weird. It wasn’t like I was ever hanging out at the hostel so I never saw any art. It was also very hot. The heater was turned up high and even in winter I didn’t use my bed sheets. I also didn’t enjoy being longer than my bed. I’m used to being taller than most hostel beds, but there was no wall and no barrier next to my bed so my head was always constantly falling out one one side or my feet sticking out the other.
