Rooms were very clean! The shared bathroom occasionally was dirty but that’s to be expected! One of the staff at the front an older gentleman always had a smile and was super helpful😊

Staff wasn’t very friendly and the WiFi wasn’t free (don’t pay for it, you can find free WiFi on any street corner and it’s just an attempt to suck more money out of you). No free lockers either. But overall, the stay was comfortable. Good beds and clean and large bathrooms. Good for a quick overnight stay!

At 60 years old and on a late booked 4 day trip to London I decided to try a hostel for the first time. Chose a single room (£30) as I guessed I'd be at least twice the age of most of the guests. So how was it.....absolutely great! You're not paying 5 star prices so you shouldn't expect 5 star facilities. Room, showers, kitchen facilities were all perfectly adequate and I wouldn't nite pick on things that could be slightly improved. I'll certainly return.

The staff were very professional, helpful and kind. The beds were pretty rickety and noisy and I didn't have access to an outlet in the top bunk. The hallways were very noisy until after 2:30 AM. It's a safe place to stop on the cheap but not the best place to rest.

This is perfect if you want a hostel with slightly more of a hotel like atmosphere, which was perfect for my stay. Overall the staff seemed professional and the cleanliness and security were good

Clean, tidy and relatively quite. Stayed on the 3rd floor in a 3 bed privet room. Front desk was helpful & seemed nice enough. Didn't spend any time there above sleeping as we had a full week in London booked. Kitchens were exceptionally clean, the shower's were OK, toilets not to bad actually. Our room was far enough away from main reception that noise wasn't a massive issue. great location for travelling from, no free wi-fi thou & the toilets are gender neutral so had to go with niece at night

Nearly could not get checked in as I didn’t have a passport with me since when do British citizens need a passport to check into a uk hostel or hotel. What happens to old people in this country who do not have a passport or drivers license can’t they go on holiday any more

You get what you pay for. Great location, poor everything else. You have to pay for the wi-fi, the kitchen had a toaster, microwave, range and oven, and that was it- they left a few dishes in our room, but there were no dish towels to dry things off, no pots or pans to cook with. The room was poorly designed, with only a single outlet, and the shower had mold in it. Not a place I’d like to stay again.

My husband and I book a private room. It was okay, nothing great about it. Our room was just ehh. Bedsheets had stains on them and they didn’t even have a mirror in the bedroom, which I never thought it would be annoying but it was. Bathrooms weren’t dirty but they definitely weren’t clean either. Location was far from main attractions. It was just mediocre.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved. No hooks on back of shower doors to hang belongings so they don’t get soaked. Quite a loud and echoey hostel. Staff were not very friendly. Considering what we paid, disappointed in the hostel. Good location was the one good thing.
