The hostel is located super close the Hammersmith underground station which is very nice for those who are in London for tourism, you can reach all major places with the underground. The hostel was clean and the staff was nice. It is definitely a good option and price worth.

It's about a 3 minute walk from Hammersmith tube station, and really easy to find. I didn't notice any cleanliness issues (I actually bumped into the cleaners multiple times in the toilets), and although we didn't use them there was a fridge in the room and a full-fledged kitchen to use. Towels were provided too, along with bodywash in the showers. Pretty much everything you want from a cheap hostel, would definitely recommend if that's what you need.

Handy location for a party I was attending, close walk to Hammersmith Station. We got a private double, shared bathroom. Bathrooms probably need cleaning more than once a day, sinks also were slightly clogged and didn't drain well. Kitchen kettle had noodles in it (?!?) so due diligence in the kitchen areas is needed. Bed was a bit springy. No air conditioning in rooms but nice big window that open. No small lamps is slightly inconvenient but not a problem really. No mirror in room.

We were staying in this hotel for 5 nights. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were out all day long. For our needs it was excellent location near the tube station only about 10 mins to the center of London. Rooms rather small, but clean and comfortable beds, they changed the towels after 2 days. We found very helpful that there was a fridge in the room. Showers ok. Toilets should be cleaned more often... that was the only negative thing I noticed.

The proximity to Hammersmith Station is super helpful. We had a private room and would recommend that for the price. There were more families staying than I expected, but that didn’t bother us. The restrooms and showers being in different rooms is a little annoying, but definitely workable. The shower rooms always seemed clean.

Clean, great area, no curfew is good but it also means that people are up being very loud in the early hours, which resulted in lots of noise waking us up

Okay for a short stay. There’s no free wifi however- £5 for an hour which would make me not stay again. Although the hostel is in a great and easily accessible area, right by the train station and buses. The beds are very comfortable too and you get a fridge in the room. There’s lots of small kitchens in the hostel also.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's in a quiet location but it's a little too far from the main attractions of London. We stayed there with our ten year old, so sometimes the commute was too much. We bought some groceries from the Tesco nearby, so the refrigerator and the kitchen facilities were useful, but it's a little ridiculous that you have to pay for wifi.

The hostel itself is alright for a couple of nights if you want to get to know the city. The atmosphere is rather unpersonal (it's a big hostel) and the staff does its work but a smile once in a while really woudn't hurt. What annoyed me was the cleanliness of the toilets - if you have such a big amount of people using the toilets, they should be cleaned twice a day and I'm sure this was not the case while we were there.

The first day I arrived in Hammersmith at Abercorn, there were two police cars and an ambulance parked out front. When I went to my room there were police officers A few doors down and I heard one say there was a “deceased gentleman” at the hostel on his walkie talkie. Nobody said anything to me about it besides hearing/seeing police officers for a few hours. Besides that, the cleaning staff did not clean my room for 3 of the 4 days we stayed. When I asked the front desk about it I got nothing.
