Nice place, great value. I had to pay for a locker to securely store the large backpack I brought with me, but everything else was great. The location is also great, within a 20-30 minute of most major sights and museums in the city, as well as tons of restaurants and bars.

stayed here in a 10 bed dorm in a group of 10 girls and we had a great stay! Super central location, suitable kitchen facilities and it was great all being in the same room. Common areas where a bit odd as they were more passages to other parts of the hostel so staying as a smaller group or looking to meet new people may have been a bit weird. Overall though great value for money and provided everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Not the greatest hostel to stay at for a solo traveller looking to meet people. A lot of people I came across were in Dublin for work and were not looking to really socialize. That being said, location was great, beds had a power outlet and there were locker "cages" under each bed to store belongings.

Great staff! Place was well located. Offered a decent selection for breakfast. Was one of the more expensive places I stayed in Ireland but still affordable for the area.

    Very Good

The location is great, however not a good experience for me. The room was so hot (heating is always on) that my chocolate are melted. It was so hot that I can have a good sleep. Also, there was communication problems between the staff that they woke me up at midnight for minor issue! They do have good breakfast though.

I know the prices of properties in Dublin are quite high, so this probably explains why the room rates in this hostel are higher than in other European cities. However, I thought the price was too high for the service that was provided. The hostel is not in a good condition, it definitely needs some refurbishment.

Not the best hostel I’ve experience. Stayed in a 16 dorm room and it was dark and smell really gross for the night I was there. Storage underneath the bed woke me up in the morning as it was clankey and very loud. Wouldn’t go back there next time as I’ve had better hostel experiences in Dublin. Only thing that was decent was the staff. They were lovely and helpful

Stayed in a private room in hope it would be slightly nicer than regular hostel bedrooms. Pubic hairs on bathroom floor. Thick smelly mould on taps. No window covering despite being overlooked by hostel staircase. No light in the bathroom (natural light only) so when it’s dark outside, the bathroom is unusable for hair/make up etc. Bed linen had stains and hairs of some kind, so unclean I slept lying wearing shoes and coat, although the room was so cold Id have needed my coat in bed anyway.

Abrahams Hostel says

A lot of people stay here because we've got a great location on direct airport bus routes beside the main train (Connolly), bus (Busaras), suburban rail and tram stations. We're in a beautiful, historic Georgian building with the friendliest welcome in Dublin. We get a great mix of all ages staying here - backpackers, school and university groups, families and couples - and to keep everyone entertained we have a pub crawl from our hostel every evening, a free walking tour every morning and free DVDs/games, plus fresh fruit and eggs at breakfast. We're close to O'Connell St/GPO (0.4 km), Temple Bar (1.2 km), Trinity College (1.2 km) and The O2 (1.3 km), but I tell people they should definitely visit the Guinness Brewery and Kilmainham Gaol.
