Great stay! Didn’t see many other guests - but there’s an awesome roof top to hang out on. Didn’t get to try the breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful!!

The hostel was fine, clean and good location. Did not see anyone else and the check person did not speak English so could not get any advice where to eat etc. nothing wrong but not the most amazing place. It was as described so no surprises.

I had stayed at this property in 2018 and when I came in 2020, there were some changes that made it a rocky start. However, having said that, there was an amazing young lady named Nhu, who made my stay so good, as well as Tai and his wife. It was an interesting and lovely stay due to the people I met, seeing a special lady from my first stay and keeping an open mind. I stayed in Jan and still miss all of them greatly! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Nice, clean hostel with a cosy rooftop and breakfast included. Each bed had curtains (albeit a little see through), a light, an a small security locker. Bathroom clean with hot shower. You can’t book busses directly at the reception but they’ll point you in the direction of somewhere you can. WiFi was good. Only drawback was it was difficult to communicate with the lady who served breakfast as her English was limited - minor but may be an issue if you had an allergy etc.

Staff were delightful. Stayed for a week, and in that time our bedding and towels were changed twice without being asked. Location was ideal. Seemed to have a lack of people staying there, which was great for us as it meant that 4 out of the 7 nights we had our 8 person room to ourselves however it did therefore lack atmosphere. Lockers in rooms are provided however doors to rooms don’t lock. Best part about staying was Coca the Corgi that lives there.

We didn't have a very pleasant stay at Ace. When we arrived the house keeper let us in and handed a phone to my boyfriend to speaks to the owner. We were put in a room which looked like the storage cupboard with all the extra blankets and pillows in and one other person staying. In the morning the house keeper came in at 7:30am, I'm not sure what she was doing or why she came in so early, she also did this the following day and began to sweep the floor. The beds were also hard.

Air conditioning barely worked, not even on all hours in the day, some lights in the dorm do not turn off and the 8 bed dorm has a glass door anyone in the building can see through. No help at the desk or lobby about the local area or tours. Photos online were totally misleading, bathroom was not clean beds curtains worthless so overall no privacy. Lockers were not at all secure and some did not lock. And the entire building had a foul smell. Construction on the roof kept us up all night. Awful
