Àite Cruinnichidh is a little paradise. I really enjoyed my 2 days stay there. The landscape is mesmerizing. I recommend to go wonder around the hostel, there are beautiful walks and beautiful views to discover. Gavin and Nicole are amazingly kind and helpful. They drove me when I arrived from the train station and brought me back when I had to leave. I will surely come back in the future.

Lovely bunkhouse. Great location - all within a 10-30 minute drive are starts for walks for Loch Treig, Creag Meag, Loch Lochy and even the Nevis range. Nicola was a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed cooking utilities. Showers were great and always had piping hot water. Drying room worked well. Nearest shop is the SPAR in Spean Bridge and is quite expensive for a big shop - stop earlier than this if possible. Will definitely be back :)

Amazing place. Have a car - nothing is near by. Carry stuff to make your choice of meal. Equipped kitchen to make your food. Go out for treks, walks, even a morning jog. Beautiful place

Quiet and perfect if you're looking to do outdoor activities in the area. Only complaint is that the beds were not so comfortable, but not worse than other hostels I've been to.

    Very Good

This was a charming little quiet hostel set in beautiful scenery. The hostel was clean and pretty. It felt very safe. Bed was not too comfortable and showers had the water run all over the bathroom floor. Towels were not provided (even to dry your hands in the bathroom) so be sure to bring some. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush easily and there was no sign marking it. There’s not much near the hostel other than a lovely hotel/lodge with fantastic food and drinks across the street.

Nice stay. Lower mark for facilities as there are definitely not enough toilets for the amount of people able to stay there. Staff were friendly but mainly absent during the stay. Friendly people and great camaraderie in the hostel itself. Overall a good stay.

Cheap place to sleep in Scotland. Little hard to find and is the middle of the woods. All in all it was a good place to have a bed to sleep on.

There were no locks on any of the doors, the tour of the hostel wasn’t warm or inviting, everything was a bit dark and scary to be honest... there were lots of hikers and campers staying there so it seems to be a nice easy spot outside of fort William to spend the night with a group, but my friend and I were pretty disappointed by how little security there was. The bathrooms were soaking wet, and the rooms had cobwebs in the corners. I slept on the top bunk and the ladder seemed scary &unstable

The hosts were extremely rude to us, the WiFi doesn't work, and the location is hugely far from any main tourist area. Not recommended.
