Great location, good price- overall a solid choice to stay in for Santiago de Compostela. A couple of negatives- that aren't that important, but are there- only two bathrooms for the whole place, though it was always open when I needed it. You get a locker and also a code to get into the building but there aren't actually locks to the rooms. Also the basement randomly smelled of cat litter for a couple of hours. BUT- I did meet some great people there. Everyone's friendly and the workers helpful

The 5eur breakfast at their restaurant was a luxurious one. We were actually a bit late but they still really patient to serve us till the end. They didnt have hairdryer though which is a great pity because it happened to be 3 of us all needed it. But apart from that, pretty good.

Good location. They only provide sheets if you ask for it. Small, basic hostel part of the hotel next to it.

When I watched the person clean my room just before I checked out, they did not change the sheets on my bed. They only sprayed it with a fabric freshener to make it smell good. There are 2 bathrooms in the hostel, the shower head was broken in one bathroom and the toilet in the other bathroom had no seat. The hostel was very quiet since almost everyone did the camino and was very tired. The staff were friendly.

There was no reception desk and therefore, no one there to greet you when you arrive. When I arrived around 7pm, I have a text message saying where my room was and to check in next door the next day. It was sketchy. The toilet was broken and the bed had a liner sitting on top for you to use over the bed sheet - I am guessing to keep them from having to do laundry. This was not my best hostel experience, thats for sure. But, it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for..

I sent them an email two weeks before my stay to cancel my booking, yet they still charged me for the first night because I "notified them less than 24 hours before"
