Apache is a fine little hostel in the city center of what is sometimes referred to as “mental bar”. Temple bar attracts a lot of tourists to the city of Dublin.

Anyone who writes a bad review for this place has clearly never stayed at a hostel before and doesn’t understand that you get what you pay for. This is my 2nd time staying at Apache and this place has gotten 10x better since last year (the 1st time I stayed). The facility is SO much cleaner and safer (a new security door was added upstairs), all charging ports work in the room, THE HEATER WORKED!, the showers drained, and it’s all about the location!! You CANNOT find a better place for the price

    Very Good

Perfect location and polite staff. There is no kitchen but you get free breakfast and 40% off pizza . The room and bathroom were clean. You have to keep in mind that since it is located in the Temple Bar area, it can get really loud at night so you might want to invest in some ear plugs. Otherwise I would still recomend this hostel if you're looking for a cheap place to stay.

Apache Hostel is a good place for staying if you are not worried about the atmosphere. Price and location are good but it iw not a hostel: it is bed and breakfast accomodation. There is no kitchen and guests do not interact.

Perfect location for people that are visiting Dublin for the first time, you can get 40%off from the pizza restaurant and simple breakfast in the morning which is pretty nice. But the wifi in the hostel is not working, and overall is not so clean in my opinion.

The place was empty. I saw why. Place was small, dirty, or, horrific, like an elderly lady pointed out. Place Has Culture Vulture pictures of white people dressed in Apache custom, it's insulting and embarrassing. Worst hostel experience ever. If you like standing in Luke warm, dirty water that was left by the past few people who stood in the one shower that's working, have at it. Rooms are cold as well. But the homeless man hanging out in the stairwell was really nice.

There’s no lockers to put our belongings, we have to keep carrying them during the sightseeing. The beds were messy when we arrived and the room wasn’t clean. There was a fridge with some expired food that was stinky as hell!!! Also they don’t clean the bathrooms very often. There was no light in the bathroom, we had to use our cellphone’s flashlight. We left the hostel on the second say due to that and they didn’t want to give us a refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!

We HATED this hostel. It was dirty, the shower was cold, the heater never worked, the smell was horrible, the breakfast was really simple, the milk was barely expired. It is definitely NOT worth it. Do not stay in this hostel.

This hotel cancelled my booking one day prior to arrival without my consent. They refused to cancel themselves on Hostel World and I could not be refunded my fee. I had to find a replacement at the last minute, more expensive. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend.
