The hostel was very clean. It wasn’t crowded. Though I had booked a mixed dorm, I was given a separate female dorm without any extra charge :) Very kind staff and overall experience was more than satisfactory 😊

Positives: clean, beautiful hostel in good location. Nice kitchen and rooftop. Negatives: reception desk is never open, check in process is inefficient, doesn't respond to phone calls or emails or Whatsapp, wifi only works within 4 meters of the reception desk and is unstable not good for those who work online. Overall, nice hostel but for the price there is room for improvement.

Location is good, just a few minutes from La meszquita. Staff helps when they are available, but the problem is that no one is in the hostel to help you if you need something, specially al night, we had a problem with a guest in a shared room, this guy was disrespectful, started smoking, was loud and threatened us, we called the staff but couldnot reach them. Finally we call the police and they took him The incident is not their fault, but having someone there would make things easier for us

    Very Good

Good hostel, but I was disappointed that there were no staff around to give a city orientation or answer other questions. I also used the emergency number and asked an important question only to get an auto-response about reception opening in the morning and then no one came. Bed was comfortable enough, location was good (few blocks from river/mezquita). Grocery store was a bit far (Aldi/Corte Ingles). There’s a kitchen and open rooftop to chill. Can’t say I’d stay again because of reception

Pro's: Centrally located, lovely terrace and the rooms were nice. Con's: The no staff situation is a bit of a pain, kitchen is ill equipped, lockers in rooms don't work and our bathroom had no lock.

No one at the reception. Waited for 1,5h in the hostel before someone arrived. The door was easily opened with a very small push. Not secure at all. I was playing some guitar during the time we waited. When the woman finally arrived she told me to not play it, and didn't mention anything about the waiting time. I told her the door was broken, but she just told me that wasn't true. Also, the wifi is terrible.

Convenient location, but no atmosphere. Not a social hostel, but the courtyard is pretty. The front gate wasn't locked at any point and the WiFi was bad all the time, although the staff did try to help with that. The shower was in the same room and at the same level as the toilet, so the floor was wet which was a bit grim (mop was provided though). Staff were friendly, but you check in online. Toilet door to the door was super stiff. Bed sheet was stained, only a little, but still not great.
