This hostel has a really cool vibe and staff, and it's close to good restaurants, bars, and the market at San Telmo. The facilities are very clean, however, we never had hot water for showers.

Cool hostel and good value for money, although the place is falling apart, all the faucets, shower heads and cisterns are kinda loose, needs more maintenance.

Only stayed for two nights and was quiet happy with this. In general a place with much potential and a lot of space. But everything is a bit worn down and not in a very nice condition. My dorm had only a tiny window and felt quiet damp. Some people were having a good time there, but I didn‘t like the anonymous atmosphere. Maybe just bad timing. Staff tried their best and were friendly.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. Nice no frills hostel, the staff were friendly for the most part but not overly helpful. A word of warning - the kitchen facilities are not good. There are no plates or mugs to eat from, just a few cups. We asked for two plates to eat our dinner from and were told that they don't have any (even though they serve breakfast and pizzas upstairs) so we had to eat straight from the pan. Bar upstairs is not great -Wouldn't stay again for the price we paid.

The staff in this hostel were very nice which made up for the uncleanliness inside. The kitchen facilities were disgusting - the smell that came from the kitchen was awful and it looked unwell. Me and my friend couldn’t cook or leave food in the fridge, every time we went into the kitchen we had to hold our breathes. However the kitchen was cleaned in the morning by the cleaning staff but somehow it always ended up in a mess and the smell never faded! Also no air conditioning in the rooms!!!!!

Staff were rude and shown a total lack of hospitality. From the very beginning all what they were concerned about was squeezing our wallets as much as possible. Hostel seems to be cheap when booked, but when you add all the unexpected charges, it is very expensive. Zaira in particular was maybe the worst receptionist I've ever dealt with.

Would’ve been awesome if there was a refund policy due to Covid-19 for those that couldn’t even enter the country. Thanks!

Art factory took 31.75 usd out of my account as a deposit. I could not attend due to the Argentina travel ban. I emailed them regularly to ask for my money back, but despite them saying they had refunded me I have not received the money.
