Perfect hostel for a quick trip to Naples. Staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It's also in a great location, 5 min away from the center and it's main attractions and restaurants. Would definitely come back if coming to Naples again! :)

The lady who checked us in was super helpful and nice, however the older guy was quite rude. It’s in a good location and the rooms were very nice and clean. Very good for the price! They let you rent a towel for €2 and provide a free breakfast (croissants and coffee)

Have a good location, very clean, but need to introduce more the visitors and the breakfast is only croissants, juice and coffee, I thought the breakfast had more things, but in general is good.

The rooms are small but the bathroom is very complete and clean. Some rooms have a balcony but the street is very noisy. No common place so maybe not the best place to go if you are alone. Nice and helpful staff. The location is also quiet good and it is close to bars street if you want to go out.

at arrival receptionist explained everything nicely and seemed to care. during the stay receptionists spoke basic english (difficult to communicate), were not very helpful. reception was not staffed 24h as claimed. rooms are air-conditioned. walls are thin, can hear bath-sounds very well in the room. squeaky beds. many BEDBUGS found during our last night - were offered a new room (we rejected), little support. after long discussions they let us pass rest of night in lobby. we get some money back

It's not a terrible hostel, but everything adds up to make it not the best stay. The staff isn't helpful, one of the main guys Viktor clearly hates his job and has no intention of helping anyone. Theres nobody at the front desk a lot of the time, so checking in and out can be a pain. The rooms are average, creaky beds that wake everyone up, no lockers, and the shower in our room had no pressure. Water temp fluctuated up and down all the time too. Location is decent I guess.

The A/C had leaked water onto my bed as I was asleep so I awoke in the middle of the night to a completely drenched mattress and bed sheet. The man at reception instantly knew what the problem was when I pointed at the A/C in the reception area, so this is obviously a regular occurrence which needs to be fixed. I was offered the sofa in reception as an initial alternative which I obviously turned down and was then given a new/dry bed. Positive: other travellers were friendly.

Terrible!!!! Although the location is pretty good, the place is disgusting. My boyfriend was bitten by bed bugs so we emailed reception (as every time we went in there was no one there even though it is advertised as 24h). They told us to come talk to them and advised us that the sheets had been changed but arriving back to the room, his clothes and bag were still on his UNCHANGED bed. No sympathy for their lack of hygiene and lied to our faces. Do not stay here.

This place was gross! Dark, smelly, dirty, rundown and the staff was not hospitable at all! No lockers so I had to bring everything of value with me. It was confusing too because you have to check in one building but you stay in another one. No wifi connection in the room, you had to go to the seating area close to the router. However, the location was great, only a few minutes from the Dante train station and the archeological museum.
