Amazing and very helpful staff. Location is beyond good as well, tube stations nearby + plenty of food/restaurants within walking distance. Only thing i would say is there pillows are the worst thing in existence. Ended up sleeping on my hoodie, but it’s a hostel, what do you expect.

Walking distance within everything, perfectly located close to Soho, about a 15 minute walk. British museum literally on its doorstep. I would stay again as it was very easy to walk to everything from here. Only complain was the pillows, as there super flat, I had to ask for a second one just to sleep a bit better. Rooms have a fan too which was great. I'd recommend here for a short stay and good sleep

Great location, friendly staff! My only con was not to do with the actual hostel itself, but the guest who was blow drying hair on the landing at 05:30am.

Cozy. Awesome location! Literally right across from the British Museum, close to shops and underground stations. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff working at reception and regular cleaning. Shower ceilings had some mold, otherwise a very well maintained older building. If you are planning to stay during hot weather try to avoid staying in a room on the top floor.

    Fabulous

I am old, so being near the British Museum was great. I am young, ergo being near Soho square was brilliant and got me very drunk. Staff were brilliant people. If you are looking for a bed with showers, you will be all right staying here. :)

    Very Good

    15 Jun 2022
Bit a strange set up, with the hostel being over two locations. Isn’t really an issue however as it’s only a 3 minute walk. I stayed in a private room in the other building. The room could have been cleaner, but the bathrooms were always generally clean, and the showers were great. The buildings have heavy fire doors which slam day and night and therefore it was hard to sleep. My room was next to the front door and the bed would literally shake when the front door slammed.

    Very Good

The location was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small, and ours was a bit musty. However for the location, it was definitely worth it. Not sure we could have found another spot this close to everything for the price

The hostel is in a great location and the staff was friendly for the most part. However, our private room was never cleaned during our 3 night stay, linens never replaced. The shower situation was less than desirable. It was like the staff had forgotten about us all at the top floor. Dusty and stuffy rooms. My USB outlets didn’t work. The doors soft closing feature didn’t work so everyone accidentally slammed their doors all day. I ended up being confused as to why this hostel was rated so high!
