It’s OK. The locatícia os excellent. No problem with the facilities... the beds and shower are good. But the lockers below the beds are easily opened. The hostel has 6 floors and the only way to climb to the last floor is by stairs. They have been renovating the building, so there is some dust.

Great location (two streets away from cheap food and souvenir shops near Queensay Station). Staff are very friendly and helpful (willing to lend tools to residents). My only complaints are the cramped quarters and wonky wifi. Fantastic hostel overall!

Nice place if you are coming with a friend or for a night or two. Not ideal for solo travelers cause the hostel does not do much activities to bond the people together. Cleanliness can be improved. Nice staff

Average stay. Rooms were super small and bathrooms weren't that clean. If you are looking for a night or two this will be ok.

I really enjoyed staying at Astor Queensway. The hostel staff were particularly friendly and helpful! The atmosphere was welcoming and the beds were surprising comfortable (and not at all noisy like bunk beds can be). The building is old and they are undergoing renovations so cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The room was extremely clean and tidy but the bathrooms were a bit mouldy - like I said it’s an old building. I would definitely stay again

Overall a good hostel, I do think however it is way too expensive for what it's actually worth- not sure if this is just because of London prices? Would stay again if I couldn't find anywhere with better value as it was clean, secure and in a nice area. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

This was the best hostel I've stayed at in London. The staff is Incredible: they are funny, friendly, fun... There is a fully equipped kitchen, and £1 breakfast, with shops only a quick walk away. There are daily events organised by the staff, too, so you'll never be bored! This is the smallest of the Astor Hostels, which makes it very friendly and personnal. You get to know the people there, and you'll never want to go home!

Best atmosphere of any hostel. This is the quintessential family hostel. The staff here is great always friendly and welcoming. Chill, party, relax whatever you want you can have. Extremely well located, breakfast for 1p charitable donation, projector and well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend a stay here come see why this is the largest hostel chain in London.
