Had an awesome stay here. Location is brilliant and only a 10-15min walk away from everything you want to see in Lisbon. Staff some of the friendliest I’ve ever had in a hostel and have great local information. Bathrooms clean and wifi is great too! We stayed in a 4 bed private and was perfect

Amazing staff - so friendly and helpful. The security was amazing as you have to buzz to be let in every time and there is 24/7 front desk service. The location was fantastic as Bairro Alto is a great district for eating/going out, and most of our sightseeing was fairly close (longest walk was 25 minutes I think). The facilities are clean and the beds are surprisingly comfortable for a hostel. No “extras” or big living room or anything but everything they do have is amazing. Would come back

Fantastic stay, great location near the old City and bars. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with the water on our last day, but I don't believe it was the fault of the hostel and they communicated pretty well about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location makes it easy to walk to popular attractions and the beach area. The only thing I did not like was that the only bathroom and shower option was gender neutral.

Overall a very good hostel. Was kinda odd that I was put into a bunk bed room when I was alone, though. Would like to point out that neighbors were quite noisy, as the walls didn't do very much to stop noise from travelling, and I was often awakened in the morning or kept up at night because of their ruckus. It was nothing headphones and music couldn't fix, though. Also was a shame that the power kept going out every couple of minutes, which made the room quite hot as air-conditioning cut out.

    Very Good

Great location - close to bars, restaurants, shopping and main attractions - would be good for someone looking for a place to sleep and shower then go out in. It has nice bathrooms with hot water and good water pressure. Isn’t much atmosphere / communal space - it isn’t the place to meet new people. Just be aware that there’s a lot of stairs in Lisbon and in this hostel - wouldn’t recommend bringing a big bag or one with wheels like I did :/.

    Very Good

I’ve booked a private tinny room. It was really simple, with just a bunk bed and a (broken) wardrobe. The staff was really awesome w/ 24hs front desk, perfect location and air conditioning in the room (which is a huge plus in the Portuguese summer). Perhaps because of the high season, seemed to lack maintenance (broken wardrobe, bathroom locks, cabinets, etc).

Breakfast didnt have much for options relative to other hostels i stayed at. Great location for party type people but a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood. Staff extremely great and friendly. Room was somewhat clean.

Pros: Good area to be in, felt relatively safe Cons: Creepy lighting everywhere, located next to a construction site. Lots of signs with a lot of stupid rules. The room has only a bed and it was very uncomfortable and creaked with every move. It felt uncomfortable around some of the staff, I felt like I was in their way when I prepared myself some lunch. There was one knife in the kitchen and it wasn't even sharp, couldn't cut tomatoes... They don't seem to care about your experience.
