Very friendly host. Quiet neighborhood. Very quiet in the night. Metro is just 100-150 m away. It was very kind of a host that we could leave our luggage on the check out day in the room till 16:00 for free of charge. The room was not reservated but even if it would be, the host said we can store luggage in same building for free. I recommend.

Overall a good experience. It is a renovated apartment, so there is no front desk. The rooms were clean and there was access to a kitchen and clean bathrooms. Online it said that you could pay with card but they made us go out and get cash to pay. For the price, well worth it for the location.

    Very Good

    11 Nov 2018
I will start with the good: it was very clean, and we were given very clear instructions about the rules, amenities, and check out. Room was comfortable and location is great, centrally located and lots of great restaurants and grocery stores within a two block radius. The bad: check in was difficult, had to ring the doorbell many times over a 15 minute span until someone finally answered. Power went out 4 times during our stay, preventing us from using TV, wifi, hotshower, hairdryer

The bell to call the owner of the hostel is broken. Luckily, I found people who is about to enter the same building, so I can get into the building.

Very difficult to find this place as there is no signage, apart from a buzzer by a gate with a small label to suggest it may be the place you want. Previous reviews say linen not matching but I didn't mind. Make sure you have the exact cash to pay on arrival as I didn’t get any change and the guy disappeared after I gave him my money, luckily it was small change. My biggest issue was at about midnight someone living in this apartment was smoking cannabis every night and my room instantly stunk

The staff member working at the hostel was nice but spoke no english and was very absent. We could not figure out how to turn on the heat and were freezing all night because we could not find the staff member to ask for help. There was a also problem with his card reader but he did not fix it and instead made me go to an ATM to withdraw a large sum of cash to pay for the hostel; once I had the cash I had trouble finding him to pay and ask for change. Room was fine, frustrated with service.

The site is quite neglected, a bit dirty and the staff's attention is poor. It's not a hostel, but a normal apartment! Find an alternative...

Not a hostel at all, we turned up and eventually found a buzzer which nobody answered, had to phone 2 different numbers to eventually get through to someone. Told we had to pay in cash but to find the manager to pay was annoyingly difficult. Our door looked like it had previously been kicked in and was covered with bits of paper. Overall not a nice atmosphere and very confusing.

The guy who ran the hostel was an absolute nutcase and scared us so badly. We were 3 young girls staying here and he was extremely aggressive, shouting at us calling us bad names in Spanish thinking we couldn’t understand when we could. My friends money got stolen out of our room and when we asked about it that’s when he got aggressive and then started grabbing his private parts and shaking them at us. Honestly the WORST experience. We were terrified
