Staff are really lovely people. The owner came and found me after I checked in to introduce himself and we chatted for a long time. Location is perfect for anybody who is looking to be a little bit removed from the insanity of the city centre, but at the same time it’s within reasonable walking distance. Close to one of the Yellow cable car stations to go up towards El Alto and connect to the Platinum line, which has a ridiculously good view of the city. Thanks for a nice time.

A lovely place to stay in a quiet part of the city. Lots of communal spaces and a well equipped kitchen. Generally helpful and friendly staff. Sometimes the staff seemed to be using the communal areas more than the guests (cooking, partying).

    Very Good

We booked with the hostel but they actually put us at the B&B. REVIEW FOR B&B: The rooms were really big and nice. Comfy and clean. Wifi and showers are amazing! The only downsides were that it is quite far from the main square (more than 30 min walk) and it's up a huge hill which discouraged us alititude sick travellers from going out. There is no common area except a dining room so it's not really the place to meet people, but it's a great place to sleep.

    Very Good

Staff were helpful when asked, breakfast provided was great. For the value, pretty good! Only complaints are that it is a bit out of the way (~20-30 min walk to main plaza, tours won't pick you up from this hostel because it is far away) and the cleanliness could use some improvement. The same hand towel would hang in the bathroom for days, the trash can in the bathroom wasn't often taken out, blankets were pretty hairy.

Found the description a bit misleading. The hostel had several addresses in different areas. The one that we stayed at was close to the embassy’s but not too much happening in the area and it was a 20-30 minute walk to good food and The city centre. In saying that it was so clean and the room and bathroom was really nice. Probably more of an Airbnb as aposed to a hostel

The 2nd night we got the private we reserved. The 1st night they overbooked our reservation. We received a room without locker, they couldn't find the key, and a foldable wooden panel (also unlockable) from us was a busy dorm, so it was unsafe and without privacy. A cleaning lady even entered through that panel without knocking, apologizing or even saying hello. Next to the room was a bathroom that lacked a lock and toiletpaper. We could only switch rooms at 11:10 (they promised 10:30). Not cool
