Hugo is a very good host and will definitely show you around ! Let him introduce you to the culture he's a part of, as a proud Patagonian. The place is quite big and warm (always heated) although not perfectly isolated to the outside, but this is the case almost everywhere in Chile... You'll meet your expectations by talking to the locals who come and go there and travellers who just want to rest a bit. A cool place to stay at for one of the harshest weathers (cold wind and rain) in the world !

We were meant to stay for one night but ended up staying for 5! We loved the staff, all funny, genuine, and interesting people (shoutout to Ivan, Diego, Derelie, Amilkar who gave me his mate cup! Omer, and Razz). The hostel has a very laidback atmosphere, but also great to have a party in the basement with a small group, we had some great times staying up till the early hours! The kitchen is very well equipeed and Ivan made pizza for everyone! Ideal for young adventurous backpackers.

Fun vibe and friendly staff. Breakfast isn’t included, but that being said a lot of people cooked and shared food. Only about 5 blocks from the bus station and our host had contacts with radio taxis to take us to the airport. It wasn’t the cleanest but also it wasn’t super dirty.

I don't like leaving unfavourable reviews but I also don't like to mislead travellers so I'll try to find balance. The location was excellent and we checked in with no problems at about 11pm. The place however was a bit of a mess. Boxes of stuff everywhere. Power tools everywhere. It was like a building site. They only accept cash and then don't have any change when you pay. This place could be so much better if they tidied up and gave it a bit more love. If it's a 1 night stop it's probably ok

Awful, the dirtiest, most crowded and loudest hostel I've ever been to... people shouting until 3 am, rooms without ceilings, mattresses have the shape of all the people that have slept on them, and it seems it's been ages since someone actually cleaned it. It's not worth it, you'll be lucky if you manage to sleep more than one hour. Definitely better to sleep at the airport's floor.

DO NOT GO! Shabbiest hostel ever! Mattresses so old and thin, you could feel the bed slats underneath. The place is falling apart, literally. Holes in walls and ceilings. No lockers in dorm, lockers outside we’re full of sheets and bags of the workers. WiFi was rubbish, didn’t work in dorm or seating area. Bathroom made of kitchen sink with linoleum nailed to the wall, and no walls reach the ceiling so it’s basically a huge open building. They charge a lot to keep bags after checkout too.

ENG: reception was sleeping on couch at 2 pm when we arrived, didnt have reservation on system (booked here), the place is GROSS, walls peeling from moisture, bathrooms filthy!!!, floors dirty. manager not helpful, the smell !!!

Dirtiest place i have ever stayed and I stay in hostels very frequently. Only half the bathrooms even functioned. One had a broken toilet and was full of smelly pee. The others had half working showers. Got in pretty late due to a late bus and despite having a reservation it seemed a shock to the staff. My bed had someone else’s stuff all over it that the worker had to move so I could sleep. Definitely questioned if there were bed bugs or lice. The absolute only positive was the location to bus.
