This was a really lovely and friendly hostel to stay in. It is a small and I think quite a new business. The staff are really helpful and they have clearly put a lot of thought into how they want the hostel to look and feel. It is in a great location and I could walk to any of the tourist attractions. It is very close to where the bus takes you into the city from the airport. I stayed over Christmas Day and we had a big Christmas meal with all the staff and many guests. Such a great place!

This hostel is definitely the best in Hanoi. Specially whole staff was so nice to guest and tried to give me helps as much as they can. Bathroom is clean and enough size to take a shower. And there is a pub right down stair of hostel. That was really nice place to have a beer as well. Yea i will totally recommend to everyone this hostel. Thanks for the memorable experience.

My fave thing was the family dinner. We went to the market to buy fresh produce then cooked and ate dinner together! It's a great little hostel operated buy two young women and has a super chilled vibe. Good location on the edge of the old city.

Highly recommend! The beds were what lead us to stay at this hostel. We really liked that they provided a little bit more privacy and quietness despite being a 8 bed dorm. The rooftop lounge was comfortable. A great place to read, play card games, or guitar. Free breakfast was pretty good. Cleanliness was great! The staff were excellent and very very helpful, thank you!

Staff is friendly and always available to help! I love that every bunk has a blind so privacy is guaranteed. All of my travel needs are taken care of such as towels, laundry (for a fee), tour information, breakfast and even basic kitchen facilities should you choose to cook. Plus, there's a bus stop nearby that you can take to the airport. Very convenient location. Will definitely stay here again in future

It's not to say I didn't enjoy it I did but its not a 'Poshtel' the coffin boxes are hard to get used to. In truth they didn't suit my sleeping style I kept banging into the walls with my knees. The air conditioner in our room worked but leaked so there was always a soaking wet towel on the floor. Great fast was free and plentyful and the staff were great.

The beds were comfy and clean, but there was no atmosphere at the hostel. They should arrange some activities. The shower is small and over the toilet, but that was okay. The floors and the kitchen were not very clean. The staff was always sleeping/laying on the couch in the lobby, so you felt like a bother if you had to asked them some thing. The only staff that seemed to care about the cleaness of the kitchen was a not vietnamese male. The breakfast was very good though. It is very central!

Not an amazing place to stay but good enough for a couple of nights. Everything is very crammed and packed in, making it very difficult to have a shower if you are above the hight of 5ft 7. Breakfast was good and the staff were plesent enough. Overall not worth the price, there are much better options in the same area.

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the beds in the dorm are clean and comfortable. You really get the sense of privacy even in a 10 bed dorm. Unfortunatly the bathrooms are super tiny. Youre basically showering on top of the toilet. Thats not very hygienic in my eyes. The breakfast was not as expected either, Im afraid. The breakfast area was dirty, there were flies on the food and almost no place to sit. You can get better hostels in Hanoi for the same amount of money.
