Very nice and calm place close to the city centre. Perfect to live here while working or organising further travela before leaving OZ. Eli from the reception is a great guy. Can definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed my two night stay here. The location was close to the places I wanted to visit and easy accessible by transport. The vibes in the hostel were nice and chilled out everyone, staff and other visitors were friendly. Would defeniately come back

Great location close to Roma Street Station. Nice outdoor common area with great view, clean rooms and facilities - the kitchen, however, is quite small but offers all you need. The staff was very nice and helpful!

If you're looking for a quieter hostel but still walking distance to cbd and south bank this is it. The only issue i had was that the pool table was pay to play.

    Very Good

I checked in, came in to my room and found a water bottle under the bed. 2 days after i checked out and 2 days later i checked in again and this water bottle was still under my bad. For me it means no one actually cleaned the room. Also the fact that there are only 2 Men showers in the whole hostel is ridiculous.

The kitchen is really small which means you have to avoid the main cooking times. There are no lockers at all. Location is good, you can walk everywhere.

Pretty basic accommodation on the outskirts of the downtown area. Not the most pedestrian friendly zone. Staff was not very friendly, don’t speak English very well, and threaten to call the police on you if you’re too loud. WiFi only works on the balcony and you’re limited to 300mb unless you pay more. Can’t imagine staying here on a hot day, the large dorm rooms have tiny subpar fans and one air con unit which I think you have to pay to use.

The lack of aircon makes the rooms suffocatingly hot. There are bed bugs, I have bed bug bites all over me. The staff aren't very friendly or direct about things. They didn't explain where laundry, bathrooms or kitchen were and they didnt explain the checkout procedure. Bathrooms are too small. Beds creak really loudly and wake other roommates. Some rules are unfair like: The kitchen closes at 9:30pm.

Not a bad hostel, but they have a major ant problem, the location is kinda out of the way, rooms get very hot and the guy on the front desk is a bit of a bully, upon checking in he told me I had a bad attitude (I asked to pay the advertised rates on the website which were considerably cheaper) he then threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't change my attitude. Which made me feel uncomfortable for the whole duration of my stay. Also if feels a bit like a school, lots of rules.

Older building but clean. The French guy on reception was friendly and helpful. Mostly I didn't like the people staying here, with the drinking in the room and too many stoners. Good place if you want to meet others.
